Canada’s Most Informed Student Contest

Round one of ChatterHigh’s “most informed” contest begins on April 11, 2016. The on-line contest is open to all Secondary Cycle 2 students. The round two finals run October 17 to 25. The top students will receive scholarships.

Learn and Earn: Pizza for Chatting with Mentors

Through the LBPSB’s Family and School Support and Treatment Team (FSSTT), Beurling Academy brings career mentors from the local community and high school boys together over lunch hour to chat about real-life careers. Students earn their pizza lunch by showing that they have taken notes from conversations with at least three mentors.
