Robotics in Kindergarten We Can and WeDo

webeventlogoWeb Event Series

Are you curious about how you can implement a Robotics project in your classroom in keeping with the Kindergarten QEP?

Note: Teachers of cycle 1 could also benefit from this workshop, but would have to adapt it according to the cycle competencies.

Join us for a series of THREE Web Events:

Session 1:,   You build a robot and TOGETHER we learn to program it.

Session 2:  We bring together the elements of a learning situation with Kindergarten children and our QEP  in mind.

Session 3:  We tackle the practicalities of managing the whole thing.

We will meet in ZENLIVE, a simple and free online tool. The sessions will be hands-on and interactive, just as if we were meeting face-to face. In ZENLIVE you can talk, text and draw, so we will be able to share ideas and give each other feedback.

Being prepared for each session will sometimes mean doing homework. You could be asked to print or read some documents, to build the WeDo robot or to view some videos. Details for each session are available below.
