The Spotlight on the Arts will be held during the QPAT convention (Quebec Provincial Association of Teachers) on Friday November 28th and is the largest one-day event for Art educators (specialists and generalists) in the Anglophone sector in Quebec.
A variety of presentations are offered to teachers, including round tables, hands-on workshops and a resource exhibit. We are looking for local educators or artists to animate hands-on teacher visual arts, music, dance or drama workshops. A Call for Submissions form is attached.
We are also looking for local artists to animate secondary student workshops that will run alongside the teacher workshops. These workshops should produce collaborative visual art, music, dance or drama creations. A separate Call for Submissions form is also attached.
We invite you to read the attached Call for Submissions forms and send your proposal to lharper@nfsb.qc.ca by August 29th 2014.
